Hi, I’m Jon Dysert, head instructor at Seymour BJJ.
I’ve spent over 17 years training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and coaching students of all ages — from first-time beginners to high-level competitors. I know how intimidating starting something new can feel, especially for adults or parents bringing their kids in for the first time.
